Seniors On the Move

Seniors On the Move Ministry was created March 7, 2005 for the purpose of bringing Seniors of the church and community together in Christian fellowship for spiritual inspiration, knowledge and awareness of their particular needs. It has been said, “to know how to grow old is the master work of wisdom and one of the most difficult chapters in the great are of living”.  This ministry is committed to aiding our older adults however we can in the process of getting older.

This ministry includes a well-planned program including  exercise, games, spiritual enrichment,  guest presentations, the sharing of good information about medication,  Social Security, Writing of Wills, and arts/crafts.  It also features educational trips and activities throughout the metropolitan  area. Presently, a Senior food distribution is planned to begin soon.
